Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Holt Family Labs only ships within the United States. We are working on international certifications—stay tuned!
What is your return policy?
If you bought it, we stand behind it.

What does “Small Batch” actually mean?
It means we don’t manufacture in massive industrial vats that sit in warehouses for years. We produce our formulas in smaller, controlled runs. This ensures the active ingredients are fresh and potent when they reach your home, without requiring heavy-duty synthetic preservatives.
Is your product “All Natural”?
We prefer the term “Science-Backed Safety.” Sometimes “100% natural” isn’t actually safer (poison ivy is natural, after all!). We use plant-based cleansers combined with clinical-grade stabilizers to ensure our products don’t grow mold or bacteria.
We NEVER use: Parabens, Phthalates, Sulfates (SLS/SLES), or Artificial Dyes.
Is it safe for pets and babies?
Yes. We formulate specifically for “mixed households.” Our products are pH-balanced to be gentle on paws and delicate skin. However, these are cleaning products, not toys—please keep bottles out of reach of children and pets.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Absolutely. We use PET and HDPE plastics (Types 1 & 2), which are the most widely accepted recyclable materials in the US. Please rinse the bottle before tossing it in the bin!
Where are your products made?
Every single bottle is formulated, filled, and labeled in the USA. We believe in supporting American manufacturing and maintaining strict oversight on our supply chain.
I heard you support family ministries?
Yes! Holt Family Labs is a stewardship-focused business. A portion of our profits goes toward supporting family welfare initiatives and community service programs. When you clean your home with us, you help support others.
