At Holt Family Labs, we stand behind the safety and quality of every bottle we fill. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We formulate, hand-pour, and package every product in micro-batches to ensure absolute purity. Because we do not rely on mass-manufacturing or synthetic preservatives, our shipping and return protocols are designed to protect the integrity of the chemistry and the safety of your home.

SHIPPING PROTOCOL

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, poured, and prepared for shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your shipping label is printed.
  • Rates & Carriers: Shipping rates are calculated directly at checkout based on the exact weight of your glass vessels and your destination. We utilize USPS and UPS to ensure the safest, most efficient delivery.
  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders totaling $75.00 or more (after discounts and prior to taxes).

THE “BROKEN GLASS” GUARANTEE We ship in heavy-duty, recyclable materials designed specifically to protect amber glass. However, once a package leaves our lab, it is subject to the realities of transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged or broken, please email us at concierge@holtfamilylabs.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your Order Number and a clear photograph of both the damaged item and the shipping box.
  • We will immediately expedite a replacement bottle to you at zero cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES Due to the raw, unpreserved nature of our botanical chemistry and strict quality control standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. * If you have an unopened, unused product that you wish to return, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the glass is heavily padded, as we cannot issue refunds for items that break during return transit.
  • Once the unopened item is received and inspected at our lab, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
